UV Coated
UV Coating is a premium, tough clear-coat applied over printed materials provides protection against damage, tears and fingerprints and enhance the brilliance of the ink colors. This type of coating is used for printed materials that are use frequently such as business cards, flyers, brochures and post cards to just name a few. UV coating is quite tough, thick coat. Has a slick surface which make difficult to write, stamp or print on products with Gloss UV Coating.
Matte Coating
Matte coating is a light coating that provides a very little shine similar to uncoated paper, but provides a smoother presentation than an uncoated sheet, and softer than the appearance of a glossy sheet. Matte paper is good for enhancing visual designs with a more subdued layout and color set without having a lot of glare which glossy coatings suffer from.
Silk Paper
Silk finish is somewhere between a gloss and a matt finish. It has a slight glare to it, without having that mirror-like shine of a full gloss. Silk can be written on much easier than trying to write on gloss although not as easy as try to write on matte paper .
